Our Repair Service: Policies and Procedures

Oh no! Your vacuum cleaner broke and you've got company coming in! No fear, the professionals at All Vacuum are here to help you! Our no-appointment needed repair service makes it easy to bring your vacuum cleaner back in tip-top shape! There are a few easy steps to get your vacuum cleaner back to you:


  1. Drop off your Vacuum Cleaner or Carpet Shampooer at any of our three convenient locations. If you need assisance carrying your appliance into our store, let one of our employees know!
  2. Fill out a Vacuum Repair Ticket with your Name, Address, and Phone Number so we may get in touch with you regarding your machine.
  3. We will call you with a repair estimate within a few work days. If you agree to the price, there is no extra charge for the estimate. If you do not wish to repair the machine, there is a $15 vacuum repair estimate charge.
  4. We will call you as soon as it is ready for pick up!

Please Note:


Although we expect to get your vacuum back to you as soon as possible, we are only human and it may take longer depending on our traffic. During holidays, such as Chirstmas or Thanksgiving, please expect a 10-14 day turn around time. If you need your machine back urgently, please make note of that to one of our helpful staff.

Also Note:


Although this is rare, we are not responsible for any vacuum left in our store for over 30 days. If you will be out of town for an extended period of time or unable to pick up your machine, please call ahead to make sure we note your absence. 

In Addition:


Although we have around 1200 parts in stock, we may not have specific parts in stock for your machine during a repair service. Ordering parts may take around a week. We usually repair machines the same day the parts come into our location.
